'Not connected to internet' error when signing in on PC

I've looked at your support info and there is nothing there to help me out with any solution to help me to solve this?  I need help solve this issue?  I have Webroot internet security and that does not help with your info on the support.  Every time I try to sign on it keep trying to tell me to restart my laptop but its still the same.  What is the problem or where is the problem?
