When downloading song I get this message

  We are aware of an issue with downloading Vevo music videos on Internet Explorer. We are working to resolve this issue; in the meantime, you should be able to download these videos by opening them in Firefox, Edge or Google Chrome.

  I click download and I get message: Loading......but it doesn't load.  It is songs I try to download.

  John,

  Can you please send us the URL of the video you are downloading and also can you send us a screenshot of the issue.
