paid for plus and do not have it nor was i refunded

I was sent an email that the free service had ended and was told  that I could get a low cost 1 payment for a yr.  I signed up but  sent wrong payment, Real Player/Real time emailed me and  told me to wait in order to recieve the special price. What do I do to get the paid for service I do not have
