    I looked up your account. You purchased RealPlayer Plus on 07/10/2017. However, we were not able to charge the credit card on file. We sent emails to you requesting you to update your credit card. Since the credit card was not updated, your purchased was cancelled. Therefore, you were never charged and why you are on the free version.
