To resolve this issue, you need to perform a clean uninstall and re-install of RealPlayer. To do so, follow the below article:

I get the same problem even after doing a clean install of Windows 10 Creators Update. I looked at the crash details and it's related to ntdll.dll file.

We identified a compatibility issue for RealPlayer applications with the latest Windows 10 Creators update (Version 1703) that was released earlier this week. As a result, RealPlayer applications will terminate abnormally if left open for more than two hours. This does not impact any user functionality and restarting the application should resume the normal operation.

Our engineering team is working hard to identify the root-cause and a fix for this issue. We hope to provide an update and a fix very soon.

Running RealPlayer on Windows 7 and Windows 8.x OS or Windows 10 (prior to the latest “Creators Update”) will not encounter any issues.

I get this message every time I start up my p.c. I do as 'the box' says and send a report...to no avail.

Below Arvin says,'' Running RealPlayer on Windows 7 and Windows 8.x OS or Windows 10 (prior to the latest “Creators Update”) will not encounter any issues.''

    Well that simply isn't true.

At the moment other than being now extremely annoying I am having no issues...but will it worsen?

1- If you still have the same issue, please re-install RealPlayer as descibed below since we have released a new updated RealPlayer:

Please do not install RealPlayer at this stage, just follow this steps to remove RealPlayer and delete the application folders. You will install RealPlayer when you reach the line number 2.
