Unable to verify my account

I am trying to change my e-mail address, but in order to do so, I have to verify my current e-mail address.  I click on "verify" then go to my e-mail, but there is no e-mail from realtimes. I have even waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes, even 20 minutes, then I go back into my e-mail account,  and there is still no e-mail from reatimes... I have re-peated this process several times, but to no avail... Please help me to fix this problem, thanks...

  I also have this same problem. I Bought Realplayer way back in the early 2000s' and have not been on it in some time. I can not Verify my Email. I really hope Realplayer upgrades their stuff and will fix this.
