Too bad you don't allow your customers to speak with you on the phone or by direct text. I paid you and installed your RealPlayer. It has never worked. It won't play any kind of CD or DVD at all. I have a new computer and it completely up to date. What a scam. Con't contact an employee or person in tech support (If you actually have tech support). Please refund the $43.29 I paid you for this non-existent service
