Premium Features not working !!!!!

I Pay monthly for this service, anyway after installing and installing again,umpteen times, Realplayer is working, but when i use Realdownloader it downloads the video (slowly) then tries to import it which then just hangs there and does'nt  do anything, on the top bar where it states that i'm signed in, it states Upgrade To Premium,(HELLO) im a premium subscriber, every time i update Realplayer it always changes something, its like Windows updates (rubbish)
