cannot use analog recording due to no credit on payment
on 12/05/16 ... I purchased an upgrade for my real player so I can record my old records on my computer ... when i tried to record i got a message to upgrade ... I show payment was made to real player for 43.67... I have been going back and fourth with You guys on this ... I got a new laptop and downloaded real player again only this time I when into my account showing that it was still active .. I downloaded the program and once again... cannot use the analog . I wrote to your customer service to be credited to my account cause that way I can reload it and try to see if it works but of course no one answered me after a year .I tried to call customer service but got the run around... leave a message and will be answer in a week ... Why doesn't your company have a direct number to service your product when things like this happen .. Instead of getting disatisfied customers with your product . once again I will leave my phone number so no one will call again ..1 646-468-4197..my name is Benjamin Vargas
