Panning in a scene problem

I don't want my video to pan into a picture (scene) without my telling it to.  Every scene is being zoomed in and can only see a small portion of the entire picture.

I can't figure out how to stop this so that every scene shows the  entire picture.

  To resolve the issue, help us with the following information to troubleshoot the issue better:

  • Can you send us the screenshot of the original photo and the clipped photo like how they appear to you?
  • When does it happen?
  • What is the version of RealPlayer?
