Number of music files limited to 500 in free version
I've used RealPlayer forever and have an extensive library with hundreds of CDs stored to hard drive on my PC. When i upgraded to a newer version of the free application it refused to import all of my files. It will show a maximum of 500 audio tracks. I have manually attempted to add the files for a CD not shown in the application by going to 'File'>'Add Files to Library' and point it at a folder already in the library for the CD in question. It says 'Importing' and works through all the files in the folder but once it's finished the tracks aren't visible in the application. Also, the number of files in my library displayed at the lower right of the window is unchanged from 500.
I've loaded RealPlayer on a new PC and mapped a drive back to the library on the other PC with the same results. I moved all the files to the new PC after uninstalling RealPleayer. I re-installed it and let it detect all media files and it again maxed at 500.
I've considered paying but why buy what is currently defective and whose paid version appears to be exclusively aimed at downloading web videos?

We don't have any such restrictions. I've sent you an email, we take it up from there.
