I agree I have not had any help from Real Player for my problems I can't sign in and paid $25. for upgrade

To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

I did get a reply from RealPlayer to fix my problem but now RealPlayer won't open. I still don't know what to do. But I want to say thanks for the reply.

Have you reinstalled RealPlayer and restarted your computer after that? If not, please restart your computer and if RealPlayer still doesn't open, please let us know.
