No me deja descargar Videos

Atentamente,

When I try to download videos I get a Real Times advertising screen that prevents me from downloading.

In advertising you ask me to upgrade to Premium, which I don't want to do I bought my Real Player a long time ago and that version has been working very well, so I don't see the need to upgrade to the new version.

Please fix that inconvenience to me in the shortest time possible as I am being seriously harmed.

Kind regards
