Downloading.

I am a premium customer but still have problems  with downloading videos after updating to the 2020 version. With the message no video to download. What should I do. Its worst now than the previous problem.

  Can you please follow these steps:

  1. Try downloading a video (You may still receive the same error).
  2. Restart your computer. (This will update the Downloader in the background)
  3. Try downloading a video now and let us know if you still have the problem.
