I installed Real Player 20/20, and I could not move the download window to my second monitor; I could only resize it to the upper left corner.  I installed Real Player 18, and now I have no issues.  I am running a Dell 5820, with Widows 10.  Curious, why I could not use 20/20.

  May be a dumb question, so apologize for that. Are you able to move other windows to your second monitor?

  We just tested it and we are able to move the Downloader window to the second monitor, so curious to see what may be causing it.

  New Dell 5820, running Windows 10 Pro.  So, I first installed Real Player 18.1.16, and was having trouble with the download window not opening; but it did appear on the Task Bar.  I then uninstalled 18.1.16, and installed 20/20.  This solved the problem with the download window only appearing the Task Bar and not actually opening a window.  But with 2020, I could only resize the download window, and could not move it to my second monitor; all others windows would move to either monitor.  I then uninstalled 20/20, reinstalled 18.1.16, but still had the same problem; the download window would only show on the Task Bar.  So, I uninstalled 18.1.16, and reinstalled 20/20, and now there are no issues; I can resize the download window, and move it to any monitor.
