Cannot sign in Receive message Not connected to realplayer restart computer, this does not work I still receive same message.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  re-installed but when I try to sign in receive message. I am signed in with facebook log in details. But when I click on to sign in using facebook the page comes up the in 1 sec it goes off.

  I looked up your account and see that you didn't setup your account with a Facebook login. You set it up with your email address. Therefore in the sign in window, you will need to enter your email address (gmail) and enter the password associated with it.

  

  If you want to reset your password, you can click the Forgot Your Password.
