Lost Plus features
I upgraded from Real Player 18 Plus to 20/20. I followed the instructions correctly so as to retain my Plus subscription. However I can't get those features to activate now. I've followed all instructions that I can find to resolve the problem: uninstalled the old version before new installation; signed in and out of the new version numerous times; cookies are turned on in program; browser(s) cookies have been cleaned out; running with administrator privileges; UAC is turned on; computers used (two) rebooted numerous times; I'm signed into an administrator account on my pc's.
SO: I really like the new layout and people features of version 20 but is this situation correctable or do I go back to version 18 Plus?

We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus v.18. If you installed RealPlayer v.20/20, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer v.20 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you want to upgrade, please let us know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer v.20 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer v.18, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
