realdownloader not working

My version of RealDownloader is 20.0.2.316.  It is no longer working.  Apparently, the update was performed today, because it WAS working yesterday.  It did not appear in the "Other Software" list, when I clicked on Check for Update.  I performed a re-install, and it is still not working.  I have restarted RealDownloader - same result.  The dropdown is appearing, but when I tell it to download, the queue window appears, but the video does not appear.   Using Windows 10.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  You do have the correct version. Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download? We can test it in-house.
