I don't know what version I have but "about" shows (win32). I have 64 bit PC, I have been using Realplayer and others for music about 20 yrs., I think I upgraded to premium some time ago but unsure all I know it is very slow to open and then it is reconfigured often and loses playlists, indicates one track that is 98 tracks, etc. and is largely worthless but I can tell tracks from my vinyl by 1411 kbps file size which I like

The idiot who wrote this definitely needs help. Obviously lacks any tech savvy. He should be recording tracks from his grandmother's Victrola (which I still have) on stone tablets because he must be from the stone age. Sorry.
