My trimmer is no longer working
My trimmer quit working. Is this a problem with RealPlayer or with Windows 10 update? I really need it.

We are not aware of any such issues with Trimmer. Can you please let us know what happens when you use the Trimmer?
In the meanwhile, please reinstall RealPlayer, that may fix the problem you are having.

Hi, I am having the same issue. Both with Trimmer and Converter. I was trying to trim an audio recording that is 1.5hours long, but it only saves the first 14 minutes. I tried it in Converter, and same issue with it only working the first 14 minutes or so. Anything after that crashes. I tried uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling. Did not work. Then I paid $40 for the premium thinking it would fix it, and nothing changed.

The trimmer box comes up, but the video that I've picked to trim won't show up in the box. The title shows up in the header, but the video itself doesn't. I doesn't matter whether I go to the tools menu and pick Trimmer or right click the video and go through Edit.
