real player downloader will not work.
I have just installed the latest version of realplayer and have the updates installed. The downloader will not work and will not even download the test video. Yes I have followed the previous steps posted on here and no they did not fix the problem. Also I payed for the premium version and I am currently not a happy customer. I have been using realplayer for over 10 years and know there have been small bugs in the past and would not complain because they were small. But the downloader completely not working is a big issue and one that needs to be addressed.

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
