Still not able to download videos
Even after resetting internet browsing history and resetting computer, videos still unable to download.

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

My version states "18.1.20.206", I understand its an older version but had worked well for many years with no issue. I'm currently a student and use this software as a helpful tool to help create PowerPoints and presentations, displaying videos usually around science and technology. Although I try to correct the issue on my end it seems to be ineffective. I'm just hoping this issue could be resolved soon, I also provided a few videos I tried to download.
