Unable to sign in to Realplayer 20/20 - Blank Sign-in Box

I have recently updated to Realplayer 20/20, and I find I cannot sign in to the application on my PC.

I have tried signing in, but the sign-in box always appears blank and I am unsure of why this is.

Any support on this is greatly appreciated.

  I think I found a workaround.

  I downloaded the latest Realplayer installer, and ran it on my PC, "reinstalling" the program. When I opened it, I found myself signed back in.

  Hopefully it'll work for others.

  Thanks, Richard. You are correct!

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
