Upgrade and now the downloader refuses to work
Download the upgrade yesterday and now the downloader refuses to work!!! Why is the software not tested with all browsers before the release to customers?

Our Downloader is compatible only with Chrome, Edge and Firefox. They won't work with any other browsers. Internet Explorer has been stopped by Microsoft so you will not be able to download using this browser. We don't control IE, so we can't do anything about it.
That said, if you are unable to download videos using any of the web browsers mentioned above can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
