Like I said yesterday

I updated, to the latest.

did the instructions for getting the downloader to download videos.

You know the instructions for Firefox?

Still:

Click on tab to open downloader

click to download

downloading video 2 sec pause here

then:

Unable to Download Video.

This happens everytime I click on the downloader tab and try to download videos.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
