Cannot download videos from YOU TUBE

I have subscriptions on You Tube.

I cannot download a single video from You Tube or Anywhere.

From Any Browser, on Win 10 !!!

Whats wrong? I need answers Now!

This happened AFTER I WAS ADVISED to upgrade to the latest.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Cannot download any video on you tube.

  Why does it say not enough disk space now?

  I look about in preferences

  NOWHERE to set the download place!

  tried setting the download place to Videos

  Still Not enough space.

  WTF IS GOING ON HERE?
  Why dont you test these versions first before BEGGIN us to upgrade?

  Try anywhere on you tube to download

  set the download to

  C:/RealDownloads

  Unable to download video...

  OK! We need a solution that will work....

  I awaite further advice, so send it!
