Realplayer Upgrade

This morning I paid $39.99 which was a once off payment for an upgrade to RealPlayer which I have had for years.  The reason that I paid for this upgrade was that I pressed a Realplayer upgrade pop up which kept appearing, and suddenly for the first time in years I could only download one show at a time, with the 2nd one buffering for the whole time.  I have had Realplayer for many years and have always found it to be a great product with very few issues.   Now I am not sure how to fix these problems.  

Also, the email below is the only receipt I got, and I cannot read it as it is in another language.   Now I am concerned that maybe it was a scam?  

I also cannot find where the upgrade that I paid for has made any difference to my Realplayer.

Please can I have some assistance? Firstly, to ensure that I did pay for an upgrade.  Secondly to ensure that I can still download two or more shows at a time.
