"No videos found at that web address"

I have the subscription version of Real Player and no matter what I try I keep getting the same response in Edge, IE or Firefox.  Any idea how to download a video or MP from You Tube?

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  Thanks for the reply the version is 18.1.9.016 but I don't have the videodl I got the version from about.  There wasn't a specific youtube it just seems all the music ones have the same response, but one is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIrJK19dADI

  Gina, firstly you seem to be on a very old downloader version. Anyway,

  Here is what you should do to update the Downloader.

  1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action may still show "Unable to download" message)
  2. Close all Windows,
  3. Restart your PC.

  Now try downloading your video. If the issue persists, please let us know.

  Thanks again, I really appreciate your assistance.  I have done as advised and it still didnt work but it is asking me to update but I need to pay once again.  As I already paid when joining I don't see why I have to pay yet again, even if it is 50% off.  Is there any way around having to pay twice?  Thanks

  Gina,

  You don't need a paid version to download videos. You can download videos using the free version as well. If you followed our instructions your Videodl version should've changed to 2021.04.01.0. The number you mentioned in your response is not the version number we are looking for. You provided the version of RealPlayer. If you follow our instructions, you should be able to locate a file named Videodl. Please provide that.

  That said, we see that you purchased RealPlayer v.16 previously.

  Please note that, older versions are not available in our system, and we are no longer supporting RealPlayer 16 and any version before that.

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.
