I did everything they said to do and still cannot get into my RealTimes account. I've been a client for over 10 years and have had a few problems, but this one is very, very frustrating.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  Please note: We only see a free account under you gmail address. If you have a different email address where your RealTimes (paid) account is, please use that email address.
