RealPlay Downloader 20.0.4.306 won't download

I am using RealPlay Downloader 20.0.4.306 and Firefox Version 89.0.1 and cannot download videos.  I tried using the RealPlayer dowloader dropbox at the top of the browser, RealPlayer Downloader, and RealPlayer.  All three show me the video I want and allow me to press the Download Video Now button, the RealPlayer Downloader opens but nothing happens.  It does not matter what the source is, e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, etc.

  The solution was to uninstall the program and then reinstall it.  Problem solved!
