Not able to download. I entered a similar post several days ago and have received info from support on how to handle. Tried the first option to attempt to download and restart. Didn't work. Second support email from Realplayer is a possible workaround if Windows is blocking the downloads. I was not able to try that yet but this morning I was looking at a video on Facebook and the full download prompt appears. I downloaded. All was fine and I thought well, it's resolved. Unfortunately that the first and only download I was able to complete. So I'm back to square one and don't know if I should try the Windows' suggestions you provided.
