Download speed is slow

Hi, I notice the download speed for RealPlayer Downloader is really slow. My internet speed is 200 mbps, however, it looks like the downloader only cap at around 1 mbps. Any idea on how to fix? I have paid for the premium version.

  We have noticed that from 28th February, 2023 certain websites have started to throttle the download speeds. We don't control how these websites control their content. However, our engineering team is looking into it.

  when the downloading reaches it's limit it won't complete

  and the speed is so slow anyway is there any chance of fixing the problem?
