MP4 Audio but No Video
I have an MP4 that will display fine on any media player under the sun except RealPlayer (Windows Media, VLC, Movies & TV, even Photos). With RealPlayer, there is only audio and 'visualizations.'
VLC says its codec is "Google/On2's VP9 Video (VP90)", However, I've found no help on the forums on this topic or on how to add that codec to RealPlayer. An MOV conversion of the file plays fine.
If there's a way to add that codec, great; otherwise, I'll just have to convert any other VP9's I come across.

We have noticed this with recent videos on Instagram. Which website did you download videos from that have this problem?
Our engineering team is investigating the issue. Until such time, request you to follow these instructions.
- Right click on the video from RealPlayer library --> Edit --> Convert.
- Choose your output as MP4 and click Start.
- Once the conversion completes, you will be prompted if you want to keep the original. You can either check the box or leave it as in.
- The converted video will show up in your library.
- Play the video which should play normally.
