RealPlayer mobile sign in ipad
I use one email for my real player account and a different one for iCloud for my iPad. I give the real player email and password and I get:
Authorization keyword missing. GUID authorization is not supported. Please use token based authorization.
This is not something I control…
I want to explore downloading videos and transferring to and from my pc but this has me stuck at the starting point.

I am having the same problem on my iPhone. I cannot access RealPlayer at all because I cannot sign in. Getting the same message as this person. PLEASE HELP!

Still waiting for an answer. Still cannot get into my mobile account and on PC cannot see how many gigabytes I have used and now it is telling me that I don't have enough storage and I should upgrade...I did that 2 months ago! Cannot get through by phone, because it tells you to press "0" and then when you do, tells you it's an invalid entry. How do you stay in business?!

1st of August 2024:
Problem is still not resolved. Why? Many users have that issue on iOS. Why isn't realplayer responding with a solution? Why have a support chat and not help people?
