can't sign in to real player. And if I uninstall than re-install, am afraid of losing my playlists as others have mention.

What happens when you sign in? Are you seeing any error messages? Can you please provide a screenshot of the error message? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer do you currently have installed?

When I sign it, it asks for my e-mail and password. I send my e-mail address and password and it won't accept one of them. . . not sure which because it doesn't say. I have been a loyal member of Real player for several years and it generally has always worked well. Not sure which version I have but I believe it was Real Player Plus. I want to upgrade to the next level (not premium) but the one just below that. I want, most importantly to continue using a RP and NOT TO LOOSE MY PLAYLISTS. Thank you. Please respond.

We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus 20/20. If you installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 22 as this is a different product with additional new features.
