Downloading Videos in Different File Format

hi,  is there an option in Downloader to download videos in a different format than their native format, i didn't see such an option in preferences...for example, a downloaded YouTube video is in MP4 format, which must then be converted to MPEG-2 format before burning to a DVD...

assuming answer is no, may you recommend any free converter programs, all "free" i've seen only allow a 5 minute trial conversion before must upgrade to pro version....

  RealPlayer can burn MP4 videos to a DVD. It doesn't have to be MPEG-2 format alone. Are you seeing any error message when burning MP4 videos?

  RealPlayer Converter is a tool that you can use to convert your MP4 to formats that are available formats in it. It comes along with RealPlayer when you install it. You can see it in All Programs.

  I'm on free version, was going to upgrade to PLUS but saw this under features:

  • DVD/SVCD burning (up to 120 minutes per DVD, up to 60 minutes for AVCHD)

  is 120 minutes the max i may burn in Premium as well? 

  that would be unfortunate, the vids I want to burn are 3-4 hours...

  Yes, the max you can burn is 120 minutes. You can't burn videos beyond this time limit.
