won't download
Real Payer hasn't downloaded anything in weeks and I have been messing you a few times now and not any replies, please fix it or tell me what's wrong, is my contest is up I'll renew it right away, please get it fixed for me. Thank you Timothy Tutt

We released our latest version of RealPlayer that fixes the Downloader issue. To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
Please note: Facebook and Twitter videos can't be downloaded as they have made major changes on their end which stopped the ability to download videos from their websites.
