unable to download youtube videos

Hi Team,

I did an upgrade to the premium version today, trying to download YouTube videos using the download blue hover application on the Microsoft Edge browser, but unable to download the videos in the realplayer download queue, the message says unable to download.

The real player version is 22.04.304

The real player downloader is 22.04.304

  In the RealDownloader window, can you please go into Preferences and see if there is a download path? If you see it empty, please set a path (select a folder) and save the settings. If the issue persists, please let us know.

  Yes, the path is set to the desired folder, still it is the same issue.
