first time startup conflict

I installed RealPlayer successfully. An icon appears on the desktop. 

I try to start the program and the message

"Windows cannot find C\Program.......\RealPlayer\realplay.exe"

Looking in the Folder I find realplay.exe.

Clicking on the program I get the above message again.

  It appears that RealPlayer didn't install correctly. To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057971913. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  Once you have installed RealPlayer v.18, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.

  Please note: We will not be making any more updates or bug fixes in this version as it has reached End of Life support.

  There is no feature to OVER-install. 

  I RE-installed (without uninstalling) 4 times but at the end the same tag appears again each time.

  What am I doing wrong??
