I just got a new lappy a Lenovo Y700 when I download a video its almost instant and when I go to play it from my RP download file it doesnt play. Anyone help?

  1. What exactly happens when you play videos in RealPlayer?
  2. Did you receive any error messages?
  3. What is the file format?
  4. From which website did you download it?
  5. Is this happening to all videos or just with a particular one?
  6. What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
  7. What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
  8. Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
