When I bought Real Player years ago I was using an old computer. That computer is gone. Now I am using a Laptop and it doesn't let me burn CDs or DVDs? it ask me to upgrade.  I already bought Real times also but I want to cancel it because that's just for pictures, I don't do pictures so please help. I don't know why you don't have a phone number anymore, it was easy in the past. thanks. Ervin Cortez.
