    I don't use my old address but you will not let me add my new address as an alternative address until I confirm my old address as my primary address which would not be true. You allow for a change of password but not for address. Dumb.

    We recommend customer's not to provide their email address or any personal information on the community forum. However, as an exception we request you to provide your old and new email addresses, so that we can locate your account and update it.
