when   download films from the internet when played back the film keeps breaking up I have upgraded from windows 8 to windows 10

  To resolve this issue, try downloading the codec:
  
  K-Lite codec: http://fileforum.betanews.com/download/KLite-Codec-Pack_Full/1094057842/3
  
  After installing the codec, restart the computer and try playing the videos.
  
  If that doesn't help, please provide the following information:
  • Are you able to play those videos with other player you have in your computer?
  • Did you receive any error message? What does it say?
  • Is this happening to all videos or just with a particular one?which website?

  • What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (Seehttps://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513)
  • Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?
