Hello,

When I first downloaded RealPlayer I bought the Plus right away. Since the new update, I have lost the features that I paid for. Even when logged into my account, it says that I must pay for the Premium and that I have not paid for anything.

I do not know how to fix this, and do not want to pay another $40 or $50 for something I already bought.

  I see that you had purchased RealPlayer Plus 16. Click the below link to install the previous version of RealPlayer and then sign in to access the Plus features:

  Note: We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16 or prior versions. So some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions.
