real player upgrade

 I have purchase real player plus and it is not showing up.  it just showing that I have real player free on my side.       on the other hand it is not giving me the option to download from google chrome or the real player itself please advice

  In the new version RealTimes the option is replaced by a star symbol at the top right corner. After you are signed in, you should see a star symbol (*) followed by your name located in the upper right corner of the player.
  
  Note:The star symbol denotes that your Plus features has been activated.
