RealPlayer Plus 16
I am given instructions on your website to download RP Plus 16 which WILL allow me to access the premium features I previously paid for. Once I have done that I see a page which lists the system requirements for RealPlayer Plus 18 and Win XP is not among the operating systems that will be compatible. If I check to see the version of RealPlayer I have just installed it says 16 and not 18. No matter what I do I cannot successfully sign in to access the Premium Features. My PC is a Sony VAIO with Win XP SP3, 32-bit. The anti-Virus is Malwarebytes which I disengage during the installation of ReaPlayer as well as turning off the firewall.
