cancelling account

I have tried to cancel many time and continue to be billed I have not used this service for years and do not remember my account info when I enter my e-mail as request it tells me there is no account associated with that e-mail I have only had one e-mail for years.  Cancel my account quit taking my money

  I too have been trying to cancel this service bills me every month haven't used it in YEARS want to cancel cannot access any old info and can only connect via FB
