Not getting RealPlayer Plus

My plus features are gone after full system scan.

  On checking our records, I see that you have purchased RealPlayer Plus 16. In order to access the Plus features you need to sign into RealPlayer. To do so, follow the article:

  If you have any other version of RealPlayer installed, you need to uninstall the existing version and install RealPlayer Cloud/RealPlayer 16 from the below article:

  Once installed, sign in to access the Plus features.
