downloader appears but says download incomplete
using internet explorer download appears but says download incomplete, if using chrome download does not appear. in july i downloaded from utube and had no issues at all later in july again the issues begin. i checked for updates and it said i had all the current updates for realplayer 16 ihave been a paid account for years but when you made a change i lost the fast download now i read if i want to download player 18 i have to purchase a new subscription so what happens to my years of loyality to realplayer
