Persistent pop-up error message
On booting up computer I get this message:
Runtime Error! Program:....iles (x86)\real\realplayer\RPDS\Tools|ffmpeg\ffprobe.exe abnormal program termination. OK
As soon as I close it it pops up again ...even if I don't close it it eventually goes and then pops up again each time with an audible alert. I have deleted Real from my Program Files except for one last part. When I try to uninstall this I get a message saying:
Uninstaller component missing....and so we go around in circles. There seems to be no way of getting rid of this annoying occurrence that has hijacked my computer. Can anyone help me please?

This happens if the uninstaller component is corrupted. To resolve this, first over-install RealTimes by going to www.real.com and then uninstall/re-install RealTimes by following the article given link:

Thank you for the suggestion but it hasn't worked and I cannot uninstall the new program either.
